About Us

The animal kingdom is full of thousands of species that are scattered throughout the world. Many people enjoy travelling the world to explore these animals in their natural habitats.

WildTravelBlog is dedicated to providing animal lovers and travellers who are fascinated by wildlife a guide for where to find some of those animals in their natural habitats, the best destinations to visit for wildlife, and animal tips to help you learn about wildlife.

I’m Louis Ojibe, and my passion for wildlife started by observing wild monkeys roam around in my backyard in a rural community in Africa. Africa is a continent that is home to a diverse species of wildlife.

In the early morning, you are greeted with the humming of birds and rustling leaves. The lush green forest paths also serve as an adventure trail that leaves you wondering what kind of wildlife lurks in the forest.

In Nigeria, I have visited the Jos Wildlife Park, a popular tourist attraction in Plateau State. The park is home to elephants, cattle, elands, gazelles, hyenas, and others. There are also some animals that roam freely in some local communities, like monkeys in Awka, Cross River National Park, Lekki Conservation Centre, and other states.
